WHG specializes in comprehensive advice and representation in the field of real estate law. We work for project developers and builders as well as for private individuals and companies.

Our focus is not only on the contractual design of real estate contracts, such as purchase agreements, donation agreements, tenancy agreements, easement agreements, etc., but also on the related public law (building law, trade law, etc.) and tax aspects. The processing via the electronic lawyers’ trust register of the Vienna Bar Association (eATHB) and the self-calculation and collection of taxes and fees complete the range of services offered by WHG in this area.

 

Whether it is project development away from the greenfield site, the development of existing properties or the handling of purchase contracts in accordance with the Property Developer Contract Act (BTVG), you can rely on the many years of expertise of WHG. We offer a comprehensive service with profound know-how, from efficient coordination and legal structuring of the project to support during the construction phase and sale (one-stop-shop).

 

By providing legal advice to project developers, WHG also has extensive experience in connection with the drafting of construction contracts, architects’ contracts and general contractor agreements.
